We bought 2 samsung items, both have faults, the samsung support team must be the worst at sorting out any problems, our hob cracked in January 2009 after 2 months from being installed, they took 5 weeks to send out an engineer who said the item was faulty, could not be repaired so a report would be written and samsung would contact me, they never did, they never do, I call in every day, to be told that the item will be replaced when they can give me a date, the item is in stock!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE A SAMSUNG ITEM
