Door catch failed after 7 months, Electra first claimed it was accidental damage, then on a subsequent phone call said it was cosmetic, then changed it to wear and tear all of which are not covered by warranty. AO have been brilliant in attempting to solve the problem, but not only is the appliance not fit for purpose Electras customer service is second to all. DO NOT BUY!

Within 10 months this machine stopped working. The engineer came out and didn't even open the machine, diagnosing the heating element and went away to order parts. No parts could be sourced, full refund provided. Do not buy this machine, this is obviously a known fault if the engineer could diagnose without even opening. On the plus, both Electra and AO were great, full refund and new (different brand) machine sourced fairly quickly

Should have read more about the functions of this model..it it is very basic, doesn’t do short cycle so runs for over and hour even on half load and costs 30p so very uneconomical. It’s light and flimsy and very noisy compared to to my old one. So disappointed with this purchase.

Do not bother with this dishwasher it is so basic and feels cheap it is also very noisy and doesn’t clean very well

Operated well but developed a terminal fault after just 2 years and 1 month. I expected to get at least double this lifespan from the product and so regret buying it.

If you have a Wickes kitchen, the dishwasher front panel is too long for this dishwasher. You can only cut about 1cm off the bottom of your £70 integrated door cover messing up the appearance. Cheap dishwasher.... feels cheap compared to our last dishwasher. Works okay. Actual purchase and delivery from AO excellent again. Thanks.

The Electra dishwasher is sturdy when on however, there were several issues fitting it. The legs are very weak and the rear one snapped off when positioning the machine. The bottom rack is constantly coming off the rails and needs to be lifted into the machine, plus you can't get wine glasses in the top!

Seems fragile
