Fantastic product, all backed up by superb customer service from AO. Had the dishwasher installed for just over a week now and has been faultless! Was extremely easy to set up and the instruction manual was well written with clear instructions. Glassware coming out perfectly clear with no water marks along with washing the wok at the same time. This is the first time I have purchased Electra as a brand and purchased through AO and it was beautifully simple from purchase of appliance through to customer care calling to ensure I was happy with my delivery date and offer there great insurance package. The day of delivery was also faultless with an ETA text to me by 7am then live tracking available throughout the day meant I could nip to the shop!

Love it! We are renting and only have a small space so have to have a slimline to fit the gap. Having very hard water where we live and doing the dishes by hand whilst waiting for the delivery the cutlery and dishes built up stains and marks. One Eco run in the dishwasher and the marks have almost all disappeared! Amazing. They are cleaner than our last dishwasher was at the beginning. Quite a quiet machine as well. I am getting used to a new way of loading and the cutlery basket with a "lid on". Lid is detachable if you don't like it but I now prefer it as utensils totally dry when program finished. Also they do not rub together and so not get properly cleaned. Very happy with this purchase.

Bought this dishwasher as I thought price was really good! I absolutely love it dishes come out gleaming, I would definitely recommend it as it’s great value for money, it’s also a very quiet machine.

I bought this as a replacement. It is very obviously a value range. The controls are minimal, but still have a good selection. One big disappointment for me was the bottom rack. You cannot fold down the plate holders to make it easier to place larger items like innermost for instantpot or big bowls, they do fit but rattle around quite a bit. The dishwasher is surprisingly quiet while going about it’s business and so far every load has come out clean, even on eco setting. You have to bear in mind, that this is a value product and, as such, does not offer all the bells and whistles.

Does what it says. I bought this for my son and his wife and installed it while they were away on honeymoon. Instructions were clear and it is good value for money. Not a lot more to say when you buy something that turns out to be exactly what it was supposed to be. Well done Electra and AO
