Could not figure were to fit it., so ended not using.

Old house did not have room.

The only place to fit this part is directly on the back of the washing machine which means the washing machine sticks out from the cupboard space. Great idea and concept just needs a little more thought on marketing.

Very unhappy with this item, as I cannot get it to connect to my water outlet. It keeps on cross threading, and consequently, leaking. Plus, only on after buying the product, did I stop and ask myself how a magnet stops limescale, which is non metallic? Even on the box it does not explain how the item works. There is no leaflet inside either. Rip off that is what it is.

Although I think it's a great idea it leaks badly. Had to take it off, no leaks now.

Hard to know at this stage if this makes a difference

Was very easy to fit and seems to work - the real value of these items is only found after years of use though. From initial experience it does seem to leave fewer streaks, but this might be down to the dishwasher itself.

The installer was great, but after he fitted the anti-limescale magnet under the sink he said to watch it as they often leak. This instantly made me question why I'd purchased one! It's been in for a week, only time will tell if it's reducing limescale, hence 3 stars – the good thing is that the installer must have done a great job as it's not leaking – so I'm happy with it.
