No issues so far - i'm in a hard water area so this should help keep the appliance scale free.

Not as good as my old machine but I didn't really do my research. Just picked a popular washing machine that had had good reviews. It does wash well which is all you really need. Sometimes the clothes are left quite wet and I need to re-spin after I have removed some but probably just my use of it. The door doesn't always register as being closed end I have to push it slightly to enable the machine to start which is quite annoying. But it's nice and quiet.

Very happy with my machine. It's a great size for a family with 2 adult sons. Washes very well. Timer function useful as is eco cycle as you can time it to finish first thing in the morning . Think the cleaning drum function will be useful particularly as it reminds you when to use it. Haven't had machine long enough to use idrum cleaning yet so can't comment on how good it is. And it plays a jolly little tune when it's finished. What not to like!

The product looks great.. has a great choice of programs especially eco and energy friendly programs... in comparison with my old washer clothes seem cleaner and fresher. Really quite when running ( always a bonus if you have open plan living.

Should be able to reduce the amount of impact that hard water in my area will have on my washing machine.

I bought this item as live in a hard water area so happy to use anything to help prolong the life span of my new machine. Easy to fit as it attaches to the cold inlet water pipe under the kitchen sink.

Add on product installed with washing machine. Simple. Effective. Unobtrusive.
