So far it seems to work well, is at a good temperature (very adjustable) and has a vacation mode. Only downside so far is that it's quite loud and the shelves on the door are quite flimsy.

Excellent product, dreadful fitting instructions. AO kindly put me through to the manufacturer but they (Samsung) were no help at all.

Runs very quietly. Great to have 2 salad / cooler drawers - seems to keep veg very fresh so lasts longer. Interior fittings all seem sturdy and good quality. Happy so far, gave 4 not 5 star as can't comment on reliability yet (have had fridge freezer just 2 weeks). But am pleased with 5 year warranty which is much better than usual 2!

Plenty of storage space and shelves can be altered to suit. Good bright light. Shelf for bottles a good idea. Top open shelf in freezer good for sliding in ice cubes and open freezing fruit on a tray. Salad/vegetable drawer can only be pulled out when fridge door is fully open. Can be a problem if you are trying to get something quickly.

Installation pictorial installation was awful but fortunately found a brilliant YouTube video which took us through each step. It looks very nice but you can't get in the fridge or freezer drawers easily as they don't open wide enough. The worst is the bottom one in the fridge for fruit and veg and you can't remove it without removing the bottom door shelf. As you are virtually unable to see appliances before you buy you have to rely on internet views only and it makes it really difficult to choose a suitable integrated fridge freezer. Not as convenient to use as our old one which couldn't be fixed. It does keep the food well chilled and like the fact it is frost free.

Some wasted space in the fridge for us but the appliance works fine. Like the 5 year warranty - parts and labour.

Seems to work well. Fairly sturdy

Door layout is a little more cramped than the unit it is replacing. Cooling feels more effective, the whole unit is the same temperature rather than cooler spots. Freezer has had no ice form so far. The old unit was constantly icing over and making drawers hard to open/close.
