Do not buy this product if you have a modern kitchen with handless doors with a J profile. The placement of fixings means you will be unable to attach without completely ruining the cupboard door. This little flaw is not mentioned in the specification. Contacted Samsung for help and advice to which they told me the best thing to do was get a different cupboard door! Can’t comment on how the fridge freezer actually works. It might be brilliant, unlike Samsung customer service.

The product arrived half built. I'm not sure if this was in the description, I can't find it anywhere! Too late to get a new one for Christmas, so just had to build what I could and turn it on. It seems to be working well, just a pain!

Wrongly advertised as sliding door when purchased which has proven difficult when installing. Furthermore, the drawers scoop up proving difficult to get the bottom drawer out. To add to this, the second drawer didn’t arrive and ordered as a spare part two weeks ago… still waiting for it!!! Disappointed!

At the time we purchased this fridge freezer it was wrongly advertised as a “sliding door fitting” when in fact it was a “fixed fitting”. We wanted a sliding door as they are so much quicker to fit, my husband did manage to fit it but it took considerably longer than a sliding door appliance as the cupboard wasn’t ready for a “fixed” We are pleased with the double salad drawers and the frost free designed fridge but the freezer feels quite compact. Apparently the capacity is measured without the drawers in! I wouldn’t buy a fixed door integrated appliance again.

This is a good product and great value, especially with the 5 year warranty from Samsung providing some extra piece of mind. The freezer compartment has 2 large drawers and the top shelf is great for ice cubes for easy access. Fridge space is good, only thing I am not so keen on is the door storage. Flexible options to configure heights but if you use all the containers it's makes them fairly useless as you then have minimal space to put items in.

I am very happy with the layout of the fridge and it runs very quietly. The only fault I have found is with the gasket/seal that runs down the front edge which doesn’t fit as tightly and neatly as I think it should.

Fridge freezer looks good and works well really pleased with it. Would have liked a bit more space but that's the down side of not having a freestanding one. To be fair this model has more capacity than most integrated Fridge freezers.
