I am so happy with my new Samsung fridge freezer, lovely to have a larger fridge & not one drawer but two for salads, vegetables & meat, so spacious. A great choice & am really satisfied

Impressive unit, very quiet in operation and has a very good quality feel to all the internals. Plus the five year warranty clinched it for me.

Great to have cold food and drinks again. Lots of space to put fruit and veg and adjustable shelfs. Very pleased. Also great delivery and installation process and customer service was fantastic.

Installation pictorial installation was awful but fortunately found a brilliant YouTube video which took us through each step. It looks very nice but you can't get in the fridge or freezer drawers easily as they don't open wide enough. The worst is the bottom one in the fridge for fruit and veg and you can't remove it without removing the bottom door shelf. As you are virtually unable to see appliances before you buy you have to rely on internet views only and it makes it really difficult to choose a suitable integrated fridge freezer. Not as convenient to use as our old one which couldn't be fixed. It does keep the food well chilled and like the fact it is frost free.

My favourite thing about this fridge freezer is the shelves in the door which can be moved and are half size, that way you can move them to what best suites you. The fridge design is really practical

Great product. Lots of room and food lasts longer

Door layout is a little more cramped than the unit it is replacing. Cooling feels more effective, the whole unit is the same temperature rather than cooler spots. Freezer has had no ice form so far. The old unit was constantly icing over and making drawers hard to open/close.

So pleased with this. It was a challenge to get it fitted and required a handyman but it was worth it. Samsung appliances are so well thought out and this is not exception. The door trays maximise the space without catching on the shelves and the separate meat tray is also brilliant. The veg tray is shallower but I find this a positive as it allows for an additional shelf. 100% would recommend
