Rubbish, mine is indicating it's heated up to the right temperature by the light going out but the food isn't cooked properly.

It’s a good looking oven. However, I do not understand the instructions as I have found that the oven does not work unless you have the timer active. It says to turn the dial to the hand logo but this is not possible? Why?

Worst oven I've ever had. The fan only kicks in when you turn the heat up. A baked spud that took an hour in all my other ovens takes half hour longer in this one. I have to thermometer check all meat cooked in it because I can't judge cooking time any more, the other day my chicken breasts had to go back in after over an hour. After 5 weeks there is still a strong burning smell. Not great at all. I don't know how long I will put up with it before I have to buy something else. I'm not happy.

Very stylish looking - love the chrome and black combination. Easy enough to use but doesn't cook food properly. Food that has supposed to cook in 20 minutes is still not properly cooked in double the time. Read another review very similar to mine. Read the instructions and know I am using the correct settings so unfortunately I would not recommend this product.

One star it looks nice and one star for nice baumatic customer services when we had it delivered with a part missing. Now the bad bits. Does not seem to heat to correct temperatures. My wife has spent most of her working life in catering,she immediately spotted the temperature was low. I watched her take a baking tray out with her bare hands while it was set at 180 degrees. Cooked a garlic flatbread with oven set 20 degrees higher than bread instructions, should take 8 to 10 mins still not cooked at 20 mins. Scampi should take 12 mins still not crisp at 40 mins. Requested an engineer appointment. He arrived snorting,sneezing and dripping round the kitchen pointed infrared thermometer at oven thermostat (very top of oven) and declared it correct. This is a fan oven and should spread heat evenly throughout but the fan stops when the oven thinks it has reached temperature.I assume as an energy saving measure. Our oven thermometer consistently reads lower than set temperature up to 50 degrees lower. Now the timer bell has stopped working three weeks in. There is no confidence in being able to cook a meal for a particular time. In fact I will cook some chicken for the stated time and temperature and challenge a baumatic engineer to eat it, go on I dare you.

I had it installed yesterday and it doesn't heat up, which is kind of its only job. It gets two stars because the grill does work - as the only source of heat in my kitchen, I'm finding out a hundred new ways to cook food under a grill that I never knew existed. AO told me to contact the manufacturer, then when I complained, booked in an engineer themselves but not for another two weeks time. I'm sure it's a great oven when it works - I just wouldn't know what that was like.

Seems solidly made and looks good. Simple operation, as we wanted, for a holiday let apartment. Rather poor mechanical timer - cuts out a +5 minutes with single ping. No rack shelves provided. AO said Baumatic would send in 3-5 days. Exchanged oven, but mechanical timer again a mite poor, and again no rack shelves. Now awaiting AO to chase Baumatic about rack shelves. Cannot delay any longer, as this oven needs to be installed in the holiday let apartment. THROUGHOUT THIS AO.COM CUSTOMER SERVICES HAVE BEEN EXEMPLARY AND VERY RESPONSIVE
