Item was delivered faulty. Door failed to open. Had to return, not for the same product.

Product was fine. Delivery of item a day late was unacceptable.

Absolutely ridiculous that a standard dinner plate only just fits in this microwave. We have some very slightly over-sized plates that you have to angle in and out.....Whoever is the designer really needs to quit. Apart from that, it is good quality - But my advice would be to pay a tad more for a larger interior.

I’m happy with the microwave but unhappy that we weren’t given the microwave size dimensions as was it bigger than my previous microwave You make out everything is good but then I found out you charge £25 return fee

Unfortunately the microwave, which is a smaller volume than the one it replaced, was too large for a standard built-in enclosure. Both the unit and the microwave needed modification before it would fit inside a 60cm enclosure. Works ok but as I said it’s a smaller unit than the one it replaced. The moral is, check the casing dimensions Before you buy.

Basic microwave - does everything we wanted. Easy to use with clear function controls. Much cheaper than local stores. Fast despatch from AO, though delivery to NI added a few days.

Got this microwave as was same size as my previous one. Good for what I need it for would recommend it

Easy to fit but feels cheap controls are complicated and quick set can only be set in in multiples of 30 sec, very small turntable
