Item arrived well packaged, Has small oven at the top this is gas then turns to a grill electric only, with the bottom large oven being only gas. Nice looking oven and grill, the one down side is that the wire rack with a back on we presume that goes in the bottom oven but there was no instructions, no handle on grill pan

Installation went okay everything working. Then three days in the bottom oven stopped lighting with the electronic spark. Had to call manufacturers to come and fix it not good after only three days. So will have to wait until January. Also tried cooking in the top oven and the chicken took a lot longer than expected. This might have been because it just fitted into the oven with very little room at the bottom even with grill plate under it to get the circulation going.

Having had its predecessor for over 20 years I knew this was a no nonsense reliable product, but was disappointed that the timer could not be set to come on without someone being physically there unlike the previous model. I expect this is due to health and safety issues, but never the less annoying.

Perfect replacement for our old Stoves double gas oven. Other than the electric grill supply, we don't have the required electrical power connection for an electric double oven, so it saved the cost of having to install one which would have caused much disruption to the kitchen fittings. The digital and gas controls are easy to use.

This oven looks even more impressive after being fitted. This appliance is easy to use, my father is enjoying using it. Even though he is clinically blind, he finds there is nothing to it. This is helped by using knobs rather than being digital. This is a perfect fit into the kitchen ??

Very smart looking double oven and grill. every thing works well,very pleased with it.
