    Disappointed

    1/5
I’m very disappointed with my product as when it was unpacked and being installed we realised the glass inside the large part of the double oven was missing and the small one at the top had broken clips that should hold the glass in place so I now can’t use any part of the oven on Xmas eve! And was told when I rang up there was nothing they could do to to help me get it sorted for our Xmas day dinner so that’s us not able to cook dinner on Xmas day !! Can’t receive a replacement oven till 28th? Not sure if I will be ordering from here again

    Poorly designed.

Do not like this oven at all. You have no way of knowing when it has reached the required temperature for cooking. The settings are very close together and difficult to set. Cooking times are no longer accurate, compared to my previous oven. Everything needs cooking for longer. The "fan" which I was not expecting, is noisy and continuous throughout the cooking time and beyond. There is no handle for the grill pan and it does not slide in easily. Difficult to take out hot items as the doors do not lie flat. I would not recommend this item at all.

    Poor overall desogn

    2/5
Not as well designed as my old New World Oven. The light and fan come on for all the cooking time which seems wasteful although you cannot turn the light on for cleaning the interior. I changed the wattage of the bulbs as they were much too bright and lit up the whole kitchen. The shiney handles look cheap and stick out a long way. This was a problem for the fitters who managed really well to squeeze the cooker along to just miss the corner cupboard. The shelf grids are not removable as advertised for cleaning the sides and when questioned I was advised not to try. The constant fan seems to dry out the cooking but I see one contributer says that his only comes on at the end of cooking time so I will ask the manufacturer if mine is faulty. Shelves are sturdy and everything heats up quickly but I wish there had been more choice of double gas ovens. As many others have commented, the lack of a proper handle for the grill pan is ridiculous - I use my old pan on the shelf.

comes up short on internal size

    3/5
As it was a like for like space swap of ovens this one comes up short on internal size. The top oven is bearly usable for most dishes I have and have to take out the rack and put a baking rack in the bottom of the oven to get the height needed to use it. Dissapointed.

    Good double oven

    3/5
This is a good double oven but in the description it states that both ovens are gas, which is true but the grill on the top oven is electric. This is stated anywhere on the site so was a bit disappointed as I only noticed this once Had been installed.

    Difficult grill tray

    4/5
The oven is neat and efficient , the only problem is the tray in the grill section, it has no handle which makes it difficult to remove when hot.

    Almost 5 stars

    4/5
This oven/grill was a replacement for a very similar one so I was confident it would fit into the space, which it did - it’s easy to operate and to clean - the only thing I find a bit odd is that both ovens are gas but the grill is electric ?? also the grill pan does not come with a handle but that’s a minor irritation
