Had Belling double ovens for many years but this new one has a few brilliant additions. Soft close doors, lit ovens so you can view progess of the food without opening the door and presetting facility. A wonderful replacement for what will be a well used and well loved appliance in my kitchen.

Oven slow to warm up compared with previous one which was 13+ years old. Controls require manual mode for main oven to be selected - this should be enabled all the time. So far it cooks ok but our oven thermometer shows the actual temperature in the oven is 25 degrees C less than the dial. The actual external measurements were 4mm more than the instructions say due to casing screws and lugs protruding- had to be adjusted to fit but not before they scored the internal face of the cabinet. Probs my should have paid more for a better oven but time will tell.

So far so good. I was disappointed with the shiny handles but it is smart. The fan is quiet which is nice and I like the separate controls for each oven

Good oven

Only had a couple of weeks but love it so far. The soft close doors are nice addition , cooks evenly and easy to use functions. Looks good too. Would definitely recommend.

No grill handle longer cooking req

The oven looks good and I was impressed by the fact it has a third usable cooking area in the main oven, where the grill pan fits as an extra shelf of required. It also means that when I make bread, I’ll be able to pour water into the grill pan so that I create steam which is useful.The oven appears to heat very evenly with a couple of trays of mince pies all browning uniformly across two shelves - impressive! The only quibble I have is that there are no exact temperature markings between 150C and 200C, which means you just have to rely on guess work. All in all, a minor quibble and I am pleased to have found a cooker at such a reasonable price.

Was very disappointed to find that the lower oven does not have a grill function. Always handy for things like crackling and general finishing of roasts, bakes etc.
