    Looks good but doesn’t work!

    1/5
I give it One Star, because it actually looks lovely, but unfortunately have not even been able you use it as, having had it delivered and installed, it is actually faulty, which would never have been known before fitting. Both ovens light, but within a minute or so, the top oven cuts out and the bottom oven stays on slightly longer, about 15 minutes, before that too cuts out at which point the digital timer also cuts out, only to come back on again on its own an hour or so later. Also, the bottom oven door sticks out from the frame on one side, so has been mounted crookedly. At time of writing, still waiting for Belling to send an engineer to rectify the issues, and initially gave us a date one whole month from installation for an engineer visit, so not impressed.

    Belling hob

Replacement for a built under double cavity hob - fitting is pretty straight forward for a under counter double oven - does what it says on the tin - fairly basic twin oven with no fancy features , seems overpriced for a basic oven

    Smart new over

Fresh and shiny, looks good and it works. Grill is good too (we had a gas one before which ended up a bit uneven after 18 years). Four rather than five because of the price, but I guess that's how it goes.

    Replacement oven

    4/5
Decent oven bought as a direct replacement for our previous one when the top oven broke down. Only issue is it does es seem to lose a lot of heat from the door seals

    Almost perfect

Like other reviewers I cannot understand why no handle for the grill pan, good job I read the reviews and kept the far superior pan and handle from my old oven. I also find the control knobs with their small numbers underneath difficult to read or position accurately - not a major problem, but slightly annoying. Apart from these two niggles I am very satisfied with both appearance and, more importantly, performance. Its done well with everything from cheese on toast to a roast dinner.

    Lovely oven...

Like everyone else, the oven is great , but no handle with the grill pan. !! Think this could actually be considered a safety issue. Come on Belling play fare and include a handle with this oven.

    Good

Build is good however both ovens let too much heat escape though large vents at the top of ovens. I am not sure whether this is designed this way but further investigation is needed.

Looks nice. Biggest let down is the grill pan. There is no handle and it’s very sharp underneath where you need to hold it.
