Used for 8 months, top grill element had blown. Hisense replaced the oven. This time it lasted less than 1 month.

Didn't work was faulty when it arrived, must admit AO were very helpful resolving it, got a different oven.

Nice big oven which looks the part but comes with very basic instructions. We’ve had our oven now for nearly a month and still can’t work out how to use the minute timer without somehow setting the oven to turn off! Also this doesn’t come with a rack that fits into the large grey baking/grilling tray which is annoying. I’m not sure if this park can be purchased separately or not as the instructions don’t tell us what should have been included. Many different functions which I doubt we’ll get to use as we don’t understand how to use them correctly. That all said, it’s better than having no oven at all, which is how we were! 3 stars

This produce looks nice and has great functionality, only takes a few minutes to get to temperature, However and the down side, if you are not in the room at the time it gets to temperature you have no way of knowing, there is a very low beep and it shows you are at temp for only a few short seconds, after that it is guess work, you have to constantly turn the knob to see if the heater is turned on or off, Control knobs are good but again there is a down side, there is a line on the side of the know to show where it is points however, once you have turned it a quarter of a turn you cannot see the markers and have to lean down low to see what function or temp they are pointing to, would have been much better on the face of the knobs which i have now added with a o permanent white marker, It has a timer function with end bleeper, however and again, the bleeper is so low even when turned up full that any other noise masks it so you do not hear it, Oven cavity is a decent size with a good bright light, but the racks can be a little difficult to pull out and to push back in they have to be totally aligned, I bought this oven specifically because it was a Hisense but am very disappointed with the overall design and system which you do not notice until you have fitted it and start using it,

Good product. Very quiet. A little tricky to figure out the settings and functions but it cooks well. So far no issues

Looks very smart, nice size and easy to use. Only downside is the clock is blue which isn’t easy to read.

Oven works very well, the quick pre heat function gets it up to temperature well. The only real downsize is it can be a little confusing /take time getting used to whether it's actually on and cooking or not. They could have made start/stop simpler. Overall happy enough with it though 4/5

Good product which ,once we made sense of the operating manual produces consistent results and particularly light baking results. Easily installed. Delivery and recycling process well done by polite staff.
