Item delivered was damaged hence waiting on replacement but now out of stock

I received this item today and the hob is damaged on the side. it looks like a manufacturer fault. I've paid an engineer to fit it and now he can't so I have lost money on this and it has wasted my time leaving me with no hob. I've tried to call AO but waiting times are 50 min. long! I will not be buying from them again. Extremely frustrated.

I am very surprised that there are so many positive reviews for this product. The price is good, the burners themselves are fine and work as they intended to, but the surface has marked and scratched and discoloured in several places despite following the cleaning instructions- cleaning directly after use - it is a nightmare. Have used many different hobs throughout the time and never had an issue like this before. Really disappointed. Be aware.

Didn’t like because when it’s on too much noise

Good price, looks good, said it was made in Turkey on the Box but actually Italian brand - not sure how long t will last in this case compared to German brands

Perfect replacement for my previous 5 burner hob. It has a brilliant low burn setting on it, a safety setting if gas blows out, it will turn off. Not amazing quality, but definitely a good value purchase ??

Ideal replacement for an older 4 burner hob.
