I am not happy with the product

Good price and excellent product

Cooker does the job as expected and is working fine so far. Only reason I gave 4 star is because sometimes it is tricky to switch on the hob as I need to keep holding the switch for few seconds else it switches off as soon as I leave the button.

What is wrong with the temperature oven, food gets burnt underneath. Very disappointed.

This cooker oven doesn't work properly, the temperature is far too high it burns everything at the bottom and doesn't cook the top of the food, even if you turn it down low. I can't even use this oven to bake my usual professional cakes as it's not good to use.

very good cooker but you check the temperature with an independent thermometer as mine is set to hi
