Didn’t even last 2 years! Dryer function is more or less useless, would avoid.

Absolute rubbish, completely failed after a year just as warranty ran out. Drum would not move at all so the washing machine only fills with water and drains.

Unfortunately I can’t write a great review. Although the product and its performance are great, the service I received was less than perfect ordered machine 3 weeks in advance while on holiday, to be delivered to a rental property to be tenanted the day after it would be delivered. Arrived dented badly on the front. 2nd machine delivered the following day and despite a request after previous days disaster for machine to be delivered early before tenant collected keys at 12pm it arrived at 11:40am - again dented. Accepted a discount of £50 although only £37.50 was originally offered. Had no choice other than this as tenant was moving in. Shame as process originally seemed as though it was seamless.

Poor availability of warranty repair staff, and poor service, for our 4 month old Baumatic washing machine. This was despite us making clear that the situation was urgent because we have a small baby and need to clean clothes on a very frequent basis. We were told that a repair would be done on site if possible, and that ordered parts would be 2-5 days. The engineer refused to come up to the flat because they couldn't park outside, and asked for a video of the washing machine instead. We were then told that it would be two weeks before they would come back to try and repair. We now have a very difficult two weeks ahead, with no easy way to keep our baby's clothes clean.

Bought this machine last August 21 and after 7 months of light use the bearings went and had to have the drum replaced. I am lead to believe this is not uncommon. Don’t waste your money on this make/model.

This replaced our previous Baumatic. Unfortunately it doesn't dry as well - it seems to only fully dry when it's half empty - any more than that and the moisture sensor seems to decide "nahhh that'll do" far too early. You can't then top up the drying by 15, 30, 45 minutes as there is no time setting, just moisture sensor settings, which as above aren't working effectively. When you think about 30 minutes will do the job, the moisture sensor disagrees and cooks them for another 3 hours.

Didn't fit undercounter

Purchased this washer drier, had it installed at a tenanted property by the AO team. Unfortunately within a few weeks the machine was overheating and had to be replaced, hopefully the new one lasts a bit longer
