I've had this machine now for a few weeks, and so far I am pleased with it. Its not too noisy and washes well. Easy to use and understand, so all in all I'm pleased.

After quite a bit of trawling different websites I settled on a machine from a manufacturer I knew nothing about but the price was right so made the purchase. I chose to install the washer/dryer myself and the process was as straight forward as you’d expect up to the point of fitting the cupboard door to the front of the machine. The installation pack came with one screw missing! I phoned OA.com who put me through to the manufacturer. After explaining the situation,to their credit, they despatched a whole new installation pack which arrived in 5 days. I haven’t used the washer/dryer hugely yet but is a huge improvement on the old machine being quicker, quieter and cleaning even at lower temperatures. I would temper this last statement in that my old machine was 7 years old, would not dry and the bearings sounded shot so was really loud even during a normal wash cycle. If I had one complaint it would be that the detergent drawer catches on the load door if it is wide open. That said, this was one of the cheapest machines I found, that was highly rated by other purchasers, and I have found nothing to disagree with the high rating.

Smart looking machine with lots of different wash options, I’m preferring the quick washes in the hope of saving money and time! The drum can take a decent sized wash load, and the spin cycle is fairly quiet. I’ve not used the dryer yet so can’t comment. Overall very pleased for the price!

Great value, easy to install, nice big drum, the dryer works great too. I think it weighs what your drying too, starts off at say 2hr30 but if theres not much in the time reduces significantly. I do find the detergent draw a little small and awkward to use, but since using a scoop it's not so bad

Perfect , clothes come out so clean and fresh. Drum is hugh . So so quiet . Overall very impressed such a good price for what it does. Considering I took ages looking for best product and so pleased I chose this one
