Makes so much noise I can hear it outside on the foot path and neighbours have complained and I can’t run it while I’m working at home as it’s too loud in every room in the house, loud thumping noise every 3 seconds that sounds like high pressure water being shot in small bursts, AO said it’s meant to do this as it helps manage fluff and lint ect but clothes come out with way more fluff on than my last machine, AO say my machine is fine so it must just be the worst machine i have ever experienced. I literally have to leave the house when doing washing as the noise gives me a headache.

It does the business. Its quiet to run. Easy to personalise the programmes. We only use the dryer for bed linen, towels and in Emergencies. Everything has come out as expected. This is a slightly larger machine than the last indesit so just a little learning curve to rearrange the quantity of laundry to utilise the larger capacity. The one downside is the instruction booklet. The font is really small and paragraphs are not used to best advantage to separate instructions. It makes finding information difficult. Instructions should be clear and simple. For that reason I can't give it a 5.

Looks good, though the cycles in general take longer than the product it replaced.

Good selection of programs to choose from, easy to use and washes and dries well. Some programs are very long but if you read the manual you can pick more economical / shorter ones.

Easy to use (if you read the manual) Very quiet compared to my previous washer dryer. Options for wash only and Dry only cycles. Only negative is the cycles are very long unless you use the 30min quick wash.

The washer-dryer is good. At the last minute the model we ordered wasn't available so we had to quickly select another if we weren't to be without a washer for an extended period. No surprise, the replacement was significantly more expensive. The customer service / sales team were friendly and helpful and reduced the installation costs as some compensation. As we have found previously, AO installers were excellent.
