Great fridge when it finally arrived

This review would have been 4 stars if I had not had such a bad experience with AO’s delivery service. Even though the online information said delivery could be as soon as the next day, at checkout it materialised that it would be a 6 day wait. On the delivery day, the men arrived with the wrong fridge (a 60:40 split instead of the 50:50 I’d ordered). I was then told I’d have to wait a further 6 days for redelivery. When it finally arrived my family had been without a fridge freezer for two weeks, and were surviving with a small camping fridge. It was a nightmare. The fridge freezer, when finally installed, was good. It’s quiet and efficient. The lighting for the veg drawer is fun (not sure if it will make a huge difference to freshness but we’ll see). The freezer is good at remaining completely frost free because of its fan. The only downside is the internal size, probably par for the course with an integrated model. You can’t fit a large pizza in the freezer, even if you remove its box. The large door shelf, for milk etc, juts into the bottom shelf, meaning you can’t use the front five inches of that shelf for food. That said, I think overall its a great appliance and the 10 year parts guarantee from Beko suggests they don’t anticipate it breaking! AO just needs to up its delivery and customer service game. Don’t advertise next day delivery when the reality is it’s 6 days or worse. And don’t deliver the wrong model. The delivery men were not to blame, of course - both lots were very professional .I was reimbursed for my installation but the inconvenience was really awful at the time.
