Perfect fridge freezer. Frost free saves time. The HarvestFresh fruit and vegetable drawer is a bonus. Extremely pleased with how this works in keeping items fresh. Doors open without squeaking. Beeping sound if you accidentally leave the door open. Spacious fridge, plenty big enough. I got more in the freezer than I thought would fit. Very happy.

So far so good. We bought 2, and we love the fridge freezers. They do seem a little shallower in depth than our previous ones, but it has wonderful features, well infact everything I can think I would want: frost free and loving the harvest fresh touch for the fruits snd veg!

Bottom draw on the door is very restricting and blocks the space on the body of the fridge.

Product seems good enough but overshadowed by AO service. Damaged upon delivery and reported when given courtesy call. Was informed I’d get a call later that day to discuss next steps but almost 2 weeks later and still no contact! Incredibly poor service and would avoid ordering from AO if this is the standard of service to expect.

Easy to install, door orientation needed switching but this was quite straight forward. The freezer drawers dip in at the back rather than being square reducing the space for storage a little. Interested to test out the harvest fresh functionality.

This review would have been 4 stars if I had not had such a bad experience with AO’s delivery service. Even though the online information said delivery could be as soon as the next day, at checkout it materialised that it would be a 6 day wait. On the delivery day, the men arrived with the wrong fridge (a 60:40 split instead of the 50:50 I’d ordered). I was then told I’d have to wait a further 6 days for redelivery. When it finally arrived my family had been without a fridge freezer for two weeks, and were surviving with a small camping fridge. It was a nightmare. The fridge freezer, when finally installed, was good. It’s quiet and efficient. The lighting for the veg drawer is fun (not sure if it will make a huge difference to freshness but we’ll see). The freezer is good at remaining completely frost free because of its fan. The only downside is the internal size, probably par for the course with an integrated model. You can’t fit a large pizza in the freezer, even if you remove its box. The large door shelf, for milk etc, juts into the bottom shelf, meaning you can’t use the front five inches of that shelf for food. That said, I think overall its a great appliance and the 10 year parts guarantee from Beko suggests they don’t anticipate it breaking! AO just needs to up its delivery and customer service game. Don’t advertise next day delivery when the reality is it’s 6 days or worse. And don’t deliver the wrong model. The delivery men were not to blame, of course - both lots were very professional .I was reimbursed for my installation but the inconvenience was really awful at the time.

We bought this integrated fridge/freezer to replace an earlier similar Beko model which failed irreparably after 5 years. Despite this, we selected this one to ensure it fitted the cabinet. Comments on the new one : Changing the doors to left side is a 2 person job. There appear to be only 3 temperature settings but the user guide does not mention the associated temperatures. Medium made the freezer very cold ( ice cream was hard to scoop) and Warmer makes the fridge show slightly warmer than our fridge thermometer recommends. That said, it has been working satisfactorily for a week now.
