Very disappointed with this tumble dryer. The clothes are damp and smell awful, I've never in my 36 years of married life had such a disappointing tumble dryer. A complete waste of money wish I could return it. Emails to the manufacturer have been ignored. However cannot fault AO.co

Had a tough time trying to find an integrated tumble dryer and was really worried about the reviews and expensive when choosing. However been using this for 2 weeks now and very pleased. I tend to use the mixed & dry setting with the sunshine and anti crease. The clothes do come out after 2 hours feeling slightly damp but as soon as they hit the air they immediately feel dry. I have also dried a mix load including 2 bath towels and they have been fine. Really impressed that it does not seem to overheat the clothes and the fluff is nowhere near as much as we previously got with our condenser. It is like this dryer cares for your clothes. The filter and water holder are a great asset to it too. My only tip would be is when fitting your plinth make sure you are able to remove it easily ( go for a clip fixing) so you can access the 2nd filter easily ( not had to do this yet). Also you need to get a vent for the plinth. I would highly recommend this dryer.

I bought this heat pump tumble dryer knowing each session would take a long time because it is far more economical to run than conventional dryers. I have used it a couple of times and was very pleased to discover there are options to have shorter drying times. Very useful. I also like the fact that it isn't too deep therefore fits neatly in a cupboard. So far I am more than satisfied with this product and have already recommended it to my family.

Just brought one of these, I've never been disappointed with an appliance but I am with this. Clothes come out smelling awful I've tried comfort tumble dryer sheets and still smell bad. I've emailed the manufacturers to see if there is anything I could try, but they have not replied. Can't believe I've wasted my money resorted to putting things on the line, come off the line less creased than this tumble dryer, but back to work next week and won't be able to use the line. My advice DONT BUY ONE

Since fitting has made a ticking sound. The fan also sounds like it grinds. No call back from manufacturer despite requesting - unable to wait for hours to ao no live chat available. Shocking service. Shame because it looks nice. Although I appear to be keeping in as unable to contact anyone for replacement so just as well.

Only used once so far but the washing was still wet when it come out, never had a tumble dryer before but I’m sure they’re not supposed to do that

Really easy to use and the water compartment is in the door which Is really handy. Drying takes longer than a conventional dryer but not a problem.
