    Much better than I expected!

    4/5
After spending ages researching Integrated Dryers, I started to regret my decision to go with integrated when the new kitchen went in because there are only a few out there. I've never had Baumatic or a heat pump dryer before but this seemed to be the best choice, and I'm really pleasantly surprised! It's a good dryer to be honest, and is coping well with a busy family of 4. It does take a bit longer to dry towels and bedding etc than my old vented dryer, but that's nothing major. It is a bit noisier than I'd expected, but again, nothing major. For anyone looking for an integrated dryer and feeling as apprehensive as I did, this is a good choice.

    Not so good

    3/5
This is the second one we have had but water keeps pouring down the sides not sure why this keeps happening. This is supposed to be heat pump no vents required but the condensation on the outside of the machine every time we use the dryer and the water drips down to the bottom of the machine on to my floor leaving pool of water.

    Takes hours to dry laundry

    2/5
Takes absolutely ages to dry clothes compared to our defunct vented dryer - realise that our vented dryer was not environmentally friendly or energy efficient so it is going to be a stress when doing a load of laundry when it’s too cold outside to dry clothes on the line.

    Not fit for purpose

This product is not fit for purpose. Medium load put in to dry at 11am this morning and still not dry at 5pm this afternoon!!! Would rate it zero but not able to

    Takes so long to dry

We have integrated appliances in our kitchen. our old tumbledryer was vented but you cannot get intergrated vented tumbledryers anymore, only these heatpump ones. Sold as being more economical but when you have to put the same load on 3 times or more to get it dry it clearly cant be. Having young children means we need to be able to get items washed and dryed asap, especially bedding, and we cant do that anymore

    Dont buy

    1/5
Do not buy takes ages to dry anything and where the water goes into has broken already only had this product 1 week worst money I have ever spent, unfortunately as its a integrated appliance had to remove plug but would have sent it back straight away, hopefully it breaks soon so I can buy a totally different one that's how bad it is.

    Good features

Takes a while to dry. Start button is temperamental and it makes inside the cupboards soaking wet with condensation even though we have the door open

    Looks Good and Works Well

It does the job required, just a little disappointed that the plinth can't be attached properly because there is a panel at the bottom that needs to be removed every now and again
