Awful ! The oven replaced another built in one we had for years and then burnt and melted the units around it. Expected to get it replaced but Beko trying to say it the fault of our kitchen not the oven ! Never had this type of thing happen before and the customer service from beko has been shocking .

Door seal has already come loose after a week, and ao have nagged me every other day for feed back so here it is

If you set the oven to 100 degrees C, it never quite gets to that temperature and then slowly cools down to 66 / 67 degrees c before heating up again, never getting back 100. Same happens at 200, only at 250 does it seem to hold temperature. Reported this fault engineer came, tested and confirmed our own temperature readings, but said thats normal for a beko oven! Be warned if you want to do any baking, this is not the oven for you. Trying to explain this to AO is near impossible.

Item arrived, plugged in to test. The fan at the top is making a noise that I can hear from upstairs. Fan is touching something when it runs. Poor quality.

Service was good oven worked fine until 3rd week when inner safety glass exploded whilst heating up. 2 hours later still on hold with little chance of a replacement before Christmas

Terrible. It's been tripping my electrics since it went in. I've had two electricians and spent a fortune isolating the problem down to the oven. Beko has lousy customer service and nobody to talk to who has a clue about electrics. There's a repair man coming out - the oven was less than a week old when this started. Just dreadful. Avoid like Covid.

Generally well made but the actual temperature in the oven is 20 degrees Celsius below the temperature set on the dial. This is unsatisfactory as it can lead to food not being properly cooked. The dial itself is not easy to read.

Look great, doesn’t come with a plus which costs an extra £18 to buy. Oven seems to be working ok, but the digital display isn’t on at all, rang beko and it will be 2 weeks before an engineer can come and look - not great for a brand new product.
