A little disappointed with this oven really. Received it less than two weeks ago and already trying to figure out the warranty service because the grill element may be faulty. It quickly gets glowing red hot on the peripheral outer ring but the inner part (the M shaped part of the element that sits above the entire inner part of the grill pan) remains black for more than five minutes. Even when it does get hot it doesn't get as bright as the outer part. I'm about to put a video of it onto YouTube because I want to ask other owners if it's normal before contacting AO for service. We previously had a Beko oven that was very similar. This design is improved in a few ways. The clock is bigger for example, and the thermostat indicator for the main oven is built into the LED display. The knobs and temperature indicators are bigger and more visible, but there is no painted marker on the knobs, just grooves, so you have to 'feel' that the knobs are in the correct position when using the oven and grill. We are going to have to cut out little white stickers and put them on the knobs. It seems ridiculous that Beko approved of this shortcoming really. Beko Quality Control also seems worse. Apart from the aforementioned problem with the grill element, there is a visible scratch on the inside of the clock panel. This is not a huge deal but when you pay this much for an oven you'd think that it would have been spotted by QC staff and fixed.

Super efficient, mid-low budget oven. Cooks evenly and quickly and so far is proving to be very good value. Doesn’t have a premium look or feel, but certainly does the job and is a neat addition to our kitchen.

Really pleased with my new appliance! It coordinates well with the rest of my kitchen, which is black and cream. The appliance came with an instruction booklet which is clear, precise and easy to understand. I have tried a variety of meals in the main oven and the advised cooking times are accurate. There are ten of us in my family and we often eat together. A large appliance was essential and this doesn’t disappoint! My only grief with the appliance is that the grill tray doesn’t come with a handle.

Very good. We've only had it for a week or so, but it seems to be a great piece of kit. We chose this one partly because it was so well reviewed by Which, surprising in a way because it was cheaper than many other equivalent models.

Reasonably priced double oven. Front lip on shelves can cause problem when putting trays in and out. Oven temperature seems a bit lower than dial settings.

The oven is supplied with a good number of shelves in the oven although no handle with the grill pan is a bit poor. Still not sure why the controller insists on having the clock set before you can use the oven as we usually leave ours switched off at the wall. It's obviously nothing major but the reason why I can't give it 5 stars. The oven is made of quality materials for this price point and functions well.

So far so good, arrived in good sturdy packaging. Looks smart & works well! We got the black handle one as kitchen has gold and didn’t want the steel to clash. Pleased we chose it
