Really thrilled with our new Neff Hide and slide oven. Being able to slide the door away makes all the difference. Its heat cooks food perfectly on any shelf. A great buy ??

Wife was over the moon with slide and hide cooker but when used with timer the oven light and main fan stayed on after cooking time finished. After reading manual again and trying several more times found the same results, reported fault and engineer came out fitted new controller tried oven for couple of minutes and said it was ok. After next use of oven found same problem so reported fault again engineer came out again and after several phone calls said that was the way oven was supposed to work. This is our third Neff oven over last few years and the first time oven has not switched light and main fan not coolin fan after timed cooking has been used which seems a waste of energy I cannot see point in main fan and light staying on when it has cooling fan for that purpose. We have timed the oven run on several times and the run on time is between 30 and 45 minutes.

Bought this for my daughter as she is a key worker and I wanted to say thank you and how proud we are of her - this oven is amazing 5•

I am very happy with my new Neff Oven. I really like the slide and hide door it is great for my small kitchen no more leaning over door to get things out of the oven.

So far so good. Looks good, cooks well. Has lots of cooking features which we are still getting familiar with. Has a great 'plate warming/keep food warm' setting which doesnt get to hot, so plates are at just the right temperature ready for food, and food kept warm isnt over cooked and dried out. Have wanted a Neff hide & slide oven for a while and it has lived-up to its hype. The hide & slide door feature is great in our small kitchen. Very pleased with my new oven so far.

from the ease of ordering on line with good choices, conformation of order, kept up to date with progress of order and the delivery...what is not to like, can't fault the service and would recommend!

New to an electric oven as I have always had gas. The transition has been easy as the instruction manual was simple to comprehend. Would have appreciated a gas/electric conversion temperature guide for quick reference. Roasting and baking results have been good and have been quicker so more fuel efficient. My old oven was much more substantial and has given 25years service so am disappointed that this new oven does not feel as robust so I will be surprised if it will last anywhere as long.
