The fan is very noisy and we now have no option but to call the manufacturer to come fix it when it’s not only a week old.

Having had our previous Neff oven for 18 years we stuck with the same having been very happy with it - despite the description stating it had telescopic shelves there is only one and it doesnt even appear these can be upgraded so we are disappointed as it makes such a difference to be able to easily pull out shelves to check on food. The knob for adjusting the temperature also isnt has good as our first model. Its nice to look at but lacks the practicality we were expecting.

Oven not working properly on delivery, phoned Neff who sent engineer who gave me choice of mend or replace, I went foe replacement. Contacted ao who arranged replacement for following day, nice to know when things go wrong it is put right without any problem. Thanks to Joel ao customer service for dealing with this quickly and efficiently.

on opening the box we were disappointed with the product quality. Oven capacity small and cheaply made compared to our old Neff Oven

Great features such as super quick heat up. Circo therm is not quite as good as it says in the brochure, but I am sure it will last a long time

Lovely even cook. Smart looking. Good value.

It does everything it should well and looks and feels quality. One thing to note though is there is only one set of telescopic rails at the bottom so the middle and top racks are not telescopic which I was a little disappointed about but it’ll be fine.

Easily installed plug in (although the supply of a 13 amp fitted plug should have been included). Simple to use. So far very pleased with my cooking results.
