After my oven unexpectantly died on me. I decided to buy a replacement. Many hours spent reading reviews and finally selected this neff. I had always fancied a slide and hide oven, however this one is identical and about 100 quid cheaper. Many new oven look like the starship enterprise, this one has simple manual rotary controls. Bonus with special pizza setting. My only issue with this oven was the power cable supplied was a bit on the short side, a call to neff allowed the purchase of a longer than normal cable(3m). This allows the oven to be connected and in future easier repair or removal.

Very happy with this one, replacing a Neff which we used to think were pretty unbeatable. Haven’t tried steam cook yet, but is very simple to set up. Heats up fast, love the fact it tells you when it’s cooling down and what temp it’s at. More energy efficient than our old one too, have seen a drop on the dreaded smart meter so we know we’re spending less. Nice loud beep too so you know when it’s ready Even had the AO delivery experience this time and thought they were great. Courteous/quick/ friendly.. It’s all good!

This product met my expectations. I use oven mainly for my baking business and I have to say so far so good as it is better than my previous brand AEG. Pastries puff up nicely and also oven heats up very fast and that is a great advantage. Only negative thing about it is that metal racks and slide out rack look a bit flimsy and cheap. But overall I would definitely recommend it.

Have only received it 8 days ago but so far it's working very well. It heats up to the selected temperature quickly and is fairly quiet. Have not used all the available programs yet but the apple cake came out evenly baked and the salmon was just perfect. And last but not least it looks elegant and well built.

This was the first time I've used AO, although I was aware of their existence, and I was extremely impressed. We spoke to an operative on a question and once satisfied we placed an order for three items. Impressed with the assistant's knowledge and helpfulness. Delivery details are very good with both AO and the courier advising delivery details and times, which were met. Will not hesitate to recommend and will strongly consider using again.

the service from ao was top class, the oven replaced my 15 year old Neff and although it looks good and cooks well the interior compartment feels a little smaller, but it is still big enough for a roast.

This oven is very NEFF! Well designed and constructed and built (I hope) to last. Everything works well and logically and the feel of the controls makes is very reassuring. Every cooking so far has been a success. Not tried to clean the outside yet properly although seems easy to avoid day to day drips even at Christmas.
