The item is exactly what I needed fitted in perfectly with my kitchen. I have had Neff before and it lasted many satisfactory years. I don't have any dislikes only one issue the fan stays on for quite some time after cooking however very satisfied overall. This service from ao was superb delivered and fitted without any issues whatsoever Thank you

Oven not working properly on delivery, phoned Neff who sent engineer who gave me choice of mend or replace, I went foe replacement. Contacted ao who arranged replacement for following day, nice to know when things go wrong it is put right without any problem. Thanks to Joel ao customer service for dealing with this quickly and efficiently.

We bought two of these and put them side by side as double ovens and they look amazing! Easy to use and look clean and simple- just want we waned.

Gone back to a Neff oven its worth paying a bit extra to get the quality that Neff always deliver. I rate this oven 5 stars very easy to fit you just plug it in and its ready to go,food cooked to perfection every time with many cooking settings.

This was bought after moving recently and the current oven conking out a few weeks later. This looks stylish, is simple to use and cooks beautifully whilst providing great value for the price paid......all good so far!

This is a nice oven have use it twice for Sunday roast and pizza which was beautifully done need to use the grill a bit more before i comment on it. There is just one thing that could be improved and that is the fan which is nosier than my last oven.

Fitted easily. Easy to use and very quiet. It comes with an easy to use manual. Love Neff products. It was delivered on time and we was kept informed at every step.
