Bought this to replace my previous Beko cooker which had died on me :( Lovely stylish looking appliance that goes well with my other kitchen appliances. The hot plates heat up fairly quickly and temperature can be adjusted easily. The oven has various settings which include grill option, upper oven heat, lower oven heat or both heated at once, very useful setting depending what you are cooking! I would definitely recommend this product to others as it’s very good value for money

AO.com have stopped supplying any power leads with ovens, for "safety" reasons. I bought an almost identical oven 4 years ago and it came with a standard power lead, to plug into the dedicated cooker plug circuit. This one comes with nothing! No way to connect it yourself, unless you go out and by wiring and block connectors, etc. (Or call an electrician and pay through the nose). Very disappointed. Hoped to be using the oven in my new house today but will be 4-5 days before I can get this problem resolved and be able to use the oven.

Only had one shelf. Takes forever to preheat. A 12 minute pizza takes over 30 minutes to cook even after preheating. Wish I had chosen a better oven.

Negatives - only 1 rack and no internal oven light and didn’t come with the wires in the back to wire up to the electrics, wouldn’t buy this cooker again should have stuck with the make I had prior.

Does what it says on the tin. Great cooker at a reasonable price.

I am really happy with this cooker as it is really quick and easy to use I would buy another one or recommend it to my friends with in a heart beat
