We ordered online which was easy. We received the cooker with instructions from engineers. Cooker is excellent and easy to use. Would recommend for everyone on a budget

AO making things nice and easy, simple oven, easy to use, easy to clean, looks smart and presentable, feels cheap and is cheap! If you need a cheap oven this will do the job.

I bought this last week and so far have found it to be a brilliant buy for the money. The capacity of the oven section is large and a tray and shelf are included. A handle for attaching to the trays for ease of pulling them out would be something that I would have appreciated but there is not one included. From what I can see, you can only use one shelf when cooking. It's ok for me as I can fit all I need to cook on one shelf but may not be ideal for bigger families. The grill is built inside the oven. I do miss having a separate section for that. There are a few settings for the oven, e g for a pizza you use the setting cooking from the bottom only. There is the standard whole oven heat up for all cooking and baking, and of course the grill option. The hobs on top work perfectly, the two closest to the front have a rapid heat so cooks things quicker than the back two. There is a wasted space on this oven below the oven - which would be better used as a storage area for trays etc but it doesn't open. It's a decent oven for the price, works well - cooks, grills and heats up perfectly. Please note that there is no electric power cable included so if you're needing this installed straight away I'd recommend you buy one or be able to take it off your old cooker if that's an option (this is what my electrician done) This oven would have got 5 stars if it had storage at the bottom, and a tray handle included and TV he ability to cook on more than one shelf.

The only thing I am disappointed in, is that there is no inner light for the oven. Over all I am pleased.

Reasonable enough oven, for for purpose and no issues. Looks reasonably nice and the plates heat up relatively quickly. Cannot complain. AO delivered on time, were in constant communication and all in all a good experience.

Does the job perfectly. Ideal for myself and cooker looks great.

I am really happy with this cooker as it is really quick and easy to use I would buy another one or recommend it to my friends with in a heart beat
