    Disappointed

I buy a lot off AO, for years. this is the first item I have not been happy with, the oven door is very stiff , have to push it hard to shut, which is not very good for glass door , or for customers, like me who has arthritis personally I don’t think it cooks as well as other fan assisted ovens and small as well, disappointed in this cooker

    Faulty

    1/5
Had it installed but there was a wiring fault within the appliance (dead short between earth and live) so had to return it. Initially, I contacted the manufacturer as per AO.com's online instructions but they were useless and a waste of time. I exchanged the cooker through AO.com with a different one which worked fine.

    Poor quality

    1/5
Fan stopped working after first use, also after first use of grill the enamel started to chip as the shelf was too tight. AO were great though and arranged a full refund so I can buy an alternative.

Worse coocking utility ever, think twice if planing investment in anything from Amica brand. The grilling element of the one I got hasn't stop dropping down , is just hanging of the top, and there is no attachment to hold it up to the silling of the grill. I'm having to fix it every time I need to use the grill, after a while it drops again. Very poor build, the door of the oven now (2 years after) is a pain to smoothly be closed, instead it needs a kick. I will never ever even look anything from Amica. After service is 0

    Cooker review

    1/5
So far awful!!. The oven door opens when the cooker is hot and after half an hour on hold to the CDA group I am now waiting for “either an e-mail or text “ to confirm when an engineer can come. Terrible customer care I have no idea how and when this will be resolved ??

Looks nice but concerns with "build" quality.

    2/5
In my view this cooker is a poor build quality with some quite serious cost cut backs such as a very thin oven wire tray that can't even support an empty baking tray without bending and therefore putting the user at risk of burns or other injury. Also, not providing a grill handle with the grill is I think a bad thing too, a bit like providing a saucepan without a handle. This cooker I rate two stars, one for being a smooth running cooker so far, and the other star for the overall appearance of the cooker which is quite nice.
