I was initially pleasantly surprised at the performance of this cooker given it's fairly budget friendly price tag. Unfortunately 6 days after the oven was installed the oven door fell off...just as I was putting in some promising looking scones (plain & cherry)! Just a faulty screw by the looks of it, but far from ideal (and I had to bin the raw scones). Hopefully the service engineer will be able to fix it next week - fingers crossed. There also appears to be no grill rack included with the grill tray which seems very odd.

The oven is great is but the hob doesn't really get too hot..it only has 3 temperature settings.

Its smaller than I thought and struggles to have 2 pans on the hobs next to each other. But for how often we use it it ok.

Had to call the company as the cooker door kept opening just a piece of metal that had bent while being delivered. Apart from that a great cooker.

The oven works great - it's fan-assisted and cooks the food evenly. Grill works a treat, too. However, the issue I had with this cooker was that the ceramic hob scratches easily. It was scratched after only one day, leaving me feeling very disappointed indeed. The manufacturer was rubbish, they tried to get me to admit that I had somehow ruined the hob by allowing liquid to boil over and ruin the hob, which was never the case.
