    Terrible

Delivery was great, all covid safe and well fitted in my kitchen. However the appliances it’s self was terrible, the oven door did not close, the oven whilst on cooking it popped open 3 times on its own. The heat was escaping from the open door that it took nearly 2 hours to cook 30 minute meal! When I spoke to someone about this, there has been other reviews about the same issue and the manufacturer seem to knew that this was a common fault! Very disappointed in the product!

    Great cooker

This was a gift for my mum. I haven't used it but she is absolutely over the moon. She says it cooks evenly and she got the perfect Yorkshire puddings.

    Rubbish

Very poor quality and no manufacturers backup, the oven has not worked since it arrived and it trips the breakers out for the house. the manufacturer doesn't seem interested

I I followed the instructions in the manual . After turning all the rings on and putting a saucepan on the back left when I had finished cooking I let the cooker cool down and cleaned the top with the correct cleaner on the back left ring under the glass looks like it has bubbled and has a permanent round ring under the glass I am so angry this has happened after the first use I have used all other rings and they are all fine I am really disappointed I know it's not a top of range product but when your struggling through illness and you want to have nice this was a big improvement for what I had and it is a stylish oven small oven but cooks well ,had to take feet off oven still wobbles a little ,not my floor as other oven no issues grill not used JUST FUMING ABOUT IMPRINT UNDER GLASS SHOULD NOT HAPPEN LOOKS LIKE SOMETHING HAS MELTED ON THE GLASS

    Poor quality item

I purchased this cooker in December 2019 and at first all seemed well. In March one of the control knobs came off and the oven door did not seem to stay firmly closed when in use. An engineer called and repaired the fault in March 2020, however I noticed when he left that the knob was not in the correct position. As lockdown had just started I did not report it. In June a different control knob came off and again an engineer called and repaired th this. The fault has re-occurred again and I emailed AO.com and requested that they collect it and refund my money. They just asked me to call the company to arrange another repair. Obviously they don't want to collect and refund what is clearly an inferior item. I am now waiting for the company to call me back and in the meantime I am left with a cooker with a grill that is difficult to turn off and I have to turn the cooker off at the mains. Very disappointed with this item.

Buy something else, this Oven is dangerous to use!

Had this oven for 5 months. Within the first month, the grill blew the earthing cable out of its connection point within the oven, when turned on for the first time, which very nearly gave me a nasty shock. Warranty took 2 months to attend on which the engineer (3rd party contractor) stated that he had never seen the brand and that the wiring was of very poor quality, was unable to fix but made safe. Oven door does not close fully and shockingly it will repeatedly open when in use which, has made the oven dangerous if you have children or pets. overall this is a very poor quality oven, which is not safe for use. Warranty service is poor and that is if you can get through, for instance, there is 1 'Amica' engineer for the entirety of Scotland. One star as it at least turns on and the hob works.
