good looking oven but oven has awful chemical smell that won't go away after a month of use

    3/5
Good looking cooker, the ceramic hobs heat up fast and are fairly easy to keep clean. However, there are very potent chemical smells coming from both ovens for a long time (when turned on). It smells like car exhaust mixed with burning plastic. The instruction says to turn up the oven for ~30 minutes, but despite burning the oven on max heat for cumulatively ~10 hours over 3 weeks, including using it to bake vinegar/lemons and attempting to absorb the smell, it is still not completely gone. Apart from that, there are also a few wonky screws, and the oven plastic seals are a bit loose as well.

    Quality in question

    3/5
Halogen top scratched badly after first use rings can only go to 3 setting and only one oven shelf and no grill pan with shelf or handle. tried to contact someone but no reply so will have to make a claim but everything else was brilliant

    Average cooker

    3/5
Lightweight cooker which when trying to open the main oven door, which is difficult, the cooker moves forward. This does make it easier for cleaning behind the cooker though?? The actual cooking elements are great. I'm not a fan and will save up for something better,it will do for now. I would not recommend.

    usable

    3/5
Could be designed better. The oven is very low, not so easy for elderly or disabled people, it could do with a 50mm plinth added under the oven door this could be done by reducing the size of the grill area. The oven catch is very stiff, I wonder if the oven door handle will break off in time. the oven shelves are very flimsy should be made a little thicker. The grill pan is not very good, no handle and you have to use a oven shelf in the grill pan, the gaps in the shelf are too wide, things can drop through. Luckily the grill pan with handle off my old cooker fits perfectly inside the grill pan supplied. The hob is slower to heat up compared to my old cooker.

    Cooker is Fine

This cooker is ok. The oven shelves could be stronger and the door is stiff but overall it does the job. i liked the fact you could track the delivery right until it got to you
