It cleans the dishes ok and things come out dry. The top tier hangs so low that the spinning washing arm just catches on normal sized dinner plates, you cannot put anything larger in. You have to be careful what cutlery you put in because it can also catch e.g on a spatula. Such items have to be laid down on the top tier to wash. The cutlery holder is weirdly shaped and compartmentalised so the cutlery cannot really be sorted if that's your thing. I wouldn't recommend this product or buy it again but its ok.

All good so far

AO were great as always. The dishwasher was a huge disappointment as my dinner plates don't fit. The top shelf is too low so the washing arm catches on anything other than bowls or smaller plates. I'm unable to put in chopping boards, or oven trays as the don't fit. Disappointed as I'm washing more things which defeats the object of having a dishwasher.

Poor quality Bottom tray is very loose & unstable Door springs open. Fault reported from day 1

Not drying at end of program, waiting for engineer to come out and look at it

Good product after 2 weeks use. Only downsides are... 1. The end of cycle steaming isn't too great, items with recesses have standing water. 2. Fixing of the cabinet door to the dishwasher door isn't great, you have to do it blind as then "stencil holes" on the big instruction sheet are in the wrong places.

Product works well. Our only concern is the plastic catch on the door, we’ve only ever had metal ones before and even one of those broke once on an AEG. Will see how it goes.
