Managed to go through three washing cycles, then broke dead in less than a weak after installation.

Awful don’t not waste your money

Having purchased an Amica dishwasher in January 2022 it has already stopped working properly. I contacted their customer care department who have failed to help. In my experience this brand is to be avoided at all costs. If you are tempted take a look at their Trust Pilot score (2.4 / Poor) and take time to read comments from other unhappy customers.

Purchased Amica dishwasher in January 2022 and contacted their customer service department when it stopped working properly. Their first focus seemed to be proving that the problem must be due to damage caused during delivery or due to incorrect fitting. They did eventually agree to send out a replacement part but this has not arrived. Products are cheap but I guess you get what you pay for and I now wish I'd paid more a gone for a better brand. 2 year warranty (that initially attracted me to this brand) does not appear to be backed up. I would suggest you avoid Amica products and I would suggest Amica provide additional training for their customer care team.

The dishwasher i purchased is not up to scratch it doesn’t clean the plates properly and everything is always wet when the dishwasher cycle has finished I wouldn’t buy another one ever

This item is not as described on the website. The delay function which I specifically wanted does not exist. It also has a cutlery tray which it said wasn’t included and that doesn’t work brilliantly as it has specific slots for the cutlery rather than being a flat shelf. The runners on the bottom tend to catch unless it is perfectly lined up and you stand directly in front of it to push it in. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Bought purely on price as it was cheap. However, it also turned out to be quite nasty. The regular programme takes forever even the short programme is 90 minutes it does not clean particularly well and leaves dishes wet. As it happens we are moving house and the new place has a dishwasher so we are leaving this one behind,
