Good for the price, but not very solid.

Purchased Amica dishwasher in January 2022 and contacted their customer service department when it stopped working properly. Their first focus seemed to be proving that the problem must be due to damage caused during delivery or due to incorrect fitting. They did eventually agree to send out a replacement part but this has not arrived. Products are cheap but I guess you get what you pay for and I now wish I'd paid more a gone for a better brand. 2 year warranty (that initially attracted me to this brand) does not appear to be backed up. I would suggest you avoid Amica products and I would suggest Amica provide additional training for their customer care team.

Good dishwasher and well priced. Cleans glass well and even stubborn stains on pans.

My 88 year old Nan needed to replace her dishwasher. It needed to be something simple to use and easy to see due to her poor vision. I found this and I'm so pleased with it. It is a little louder than her last one but not too loud, it's a bonus as she can hear if it's still running rather than have to approach it. Its very simple to use and has every setting you could need. Eco washes perfectly well. It is smaller than her previous one and the top shelf is lower than the last one so we have to plan where putting plates to ensure the blades still turn. Overall I'm impressed with this product.
