Front of drawers covered in ice, item being returned. Spent hours on the phone trying to contact AEG. Completly different to AO who could not have been more helpfull.Have ordered another freezer from AO.

One hell of a racking coming from it - it could well be faulty and need returning! I have recorded the noise for evidence! Vent fittings did not fit and had to be sawn down.

This is really noisy compared to my old AEG integrated freezer that I had for nearly 29 years. When the motor starts running it makes an awful noise which changes to a loud drone, very annoying

The draws are hard clear plastic and look like they could easy fracture, though hopefully they won’t. My old freezer, that I had for 32 years had very durable less rigid plastic that stayed intact Was a bit surprised when read in the instructions that it must be turned down to a lower temperature for 24hours before anything could be added to the freezer, then left turned down for another 24 hours. I didn’t have to plan so far ahead with my old freezer, merely an hour before adding food. It is supposed to be frost free so I’m very much looking forward to never having to defrost it.

Just had mine delivered today damaged foot they are replacing it but not till Saturday not the service I expected from AO so as they say ao will have to wait

I’m really pleased with this Integrated Freezer. It holds a lot of items and I’m now able to sort my freezer products into categories eg meat, fish, vegetables etc in the 3 drawers.
