    Not good quality

    1/5
    Very poor ordered one was dented and razor sharp across the back ripped my mums jumper straight across the middle. Phoned for replacement they arranged another one to come and take away the damaged one and same again dented sides and razor sharp so sharp the delivery drivers could feel it cutting through their thick safety gloves! Had to settle for a refund.

    Glued Oven Door Came Off

    1/5
    It would have been a Great Cooker, as all the Functions are Good. Grill, Fan and all the others, but I can't believe that the Oven Door was Glued! Never could guess that someone would get such an idea to glue a door to the Oven that is expected to get Hot! It's only 9 months since we bought this Cooker with single Oven and for the first few months it was not used at all, so technicly it's nearly new! It looks like New and it's still clean inside, as we used foil for the occasional uses of the Oven and kept tray under the shelf to catch any crumbs. It was well looked after, But the Door Front has came Off already. The Glue wasn't strong enough. Absolutely Shocked!

    First off all cheap look, thin metal frame, when cooking all outside walls around hot to looks like there is empty space between wall and cooker inside, in the caps when you bang the sides you can hear empty space and trough gaps see wires hanging. When using oven it's smells rubber a lot looks like burning wires or something. Reported but not solved yet. Better buy something else.

    return

    1/5
    We want to return the product because it has a factory defect. The top of the cooker has not been integrated into the rest of the cooker. By lifting the top of the cooker, we are able to see what is inside.

    The oven doesn’t work so basically a cupboard . AO passed the buck onto the manufacturer despite wanting a replacement as it obviously is not of satisfactory quality or as described . (consumer rights act 2015). Let’s wait and see .
