I’m trying to find a way to exchange my current controller because I’d only just opened it and the joysticks both have drift somehow, and the panel on the left side is higher out. I’m sure this is poor manufacturing on Nintendo’s part or some bumps in the delivery process that shook it loose or something but the concerning thing for me is that AO state that if I were to return it I’d only get a partial refund as they can’t sell it on even though the pro controller they sent me is faulty and I am not at fault for that. I’m not sure how to go about even sending it back because of the COVID-19 stuff going on but £50 is a lot to waste on a faulty controller.

Awesome battery life and nice and easy to setup what else can I say def beats the janky normal pad

Much more comfortable than using the joy cons attached to the dock, at least with large hands. The joysticks click a tiny bit when you first move them from their central stationary position, but a bit of searching suggests this is normal.

Really good and comfy. I find I can only charge it by using the switch power adapter or the usb plugged directly into the switch.

Great build quality and very comfortable to hold. Would like to compare it against cheaper options to see this justifies the high price tag though.

A much more comfortable and user-friendly controller option for the Switch than simply using the joy cons. Makes playing games like Breath of the Wild a much more enjoyable experience.
