Great service from AO and the product is as described, I like the feature where I can check the toast without having to interrupt the roasting cycle

After a couple of days in use am delighted to say it toasts evenly and to the setting on both sides of the bread. The expandable slots can accommodate various other bread and cake options. We have the 4 slice version and you can use just two of the slots if so desired. Two neat pull out crumb trays. The dial toasting selector is no problem and the ability to lift - that being toasted - up from the slot to check on the progress is handy, with this the power is not cut so when lowering back down it’s the same level of heat and setting being resumed. Selection buttons illuminated - blue - and a nice modern design enhance the toaster. Liked the design so much we also bought the matching kettle.

The colour is gorgeous and it doesn't take up too much space. Highly recommend
