Positives: toaster looks good and bread is browned evenly but... there is a strange' oily' smell coming from the toaster, smell is heightened when in use. Hard to read the buttons for defrost etc. AO.com have been excellent in this issue and are sending a replacement.

Excellent delivery & service from AO, but the toaster doesn’t appear to work correctly. When toasting from frozen, it pops up very quickly, sometimes having to press 3 times to get a decent colour ! I’ve only used a few times so far, but I’m considering on returning. Wouldn’t recommend.

Brilliant. Am very pleased with it. Would recommend it to any one.

Like how the two sides operate independently which means you can have different levels of how toasted the bread is. Reheating function also useful. Just a shame that the silver finish shows fingerprints very easily.

It does what it says on the box. Good value for money. Only tiny issue is it doesn't take the tallest of sliced loaf slices as they stick out of the top. Otherwise it's fine.

Easy to operate, it toasts very well, 6 levels. The toasting slots are big enough for thick sliced bread but bagels have to be cut in half to fit in.

Works well, design is nice and modern. Looks great in the kitchen.

Not much to be said of this other than it is a good 4 slice toaster. If you want to toast 4 pieces of bread at a time, this is the machine for you.
