Not a good iron, first Iron was replaced as it started leaking and the second iron developed a fault as the steam button stopped working. This was despite being careful with the iron, cheap and it shows unfortunately - my advice, avoid.

It did not work when I received it. Trying to get this returned but have been told to deal with manufacturer as I plugged it in so it is now “used” despite it never working. Do not buy.

Well this item does as it’s meant to so I’m happy about that but don’t be fooled in thinking it’s actually got the little crystals on it as in the pics it’s just a nasty sticker I was so dissatisfied as it was part of the reason I picked this iron over others

Steams well and glides easily. Would have been 5 stars, but is alittle heavy.

easy fill, no drips but quite a short flex. i’ve had to change where I put the ironing board up… which feels weird as it’s been put up in the same place for 16 years! Why an iron has such a short flex, i cannot understand? If they wanted to save money leave out the decals! Otherwise i very nice and comfortable iron…. with a short lead.

Nice looking and compact with reasonable cable length. Some concerns about controllability. Seem to get really hot quite quickly, worried this might burn if not used carefully. Only time will tell.

Great product. Lightweight and glides easily. Only drawback is when ironing a few clothes I’ve had to refill the water tank quite a few times.
