Dangerous goods! Arrived with a bare wire poking out of the bottom of the appliance! Can't have been tested or inspected by the manufacturer prior to packaging. So glad I spotted it prior to plugging it in.

We have used George Foreman grills in our B&B kitchen for 16 years. Our first 3 GF grills each lasted 5 years before showing signs of age and needing replaced. Our newest one purchased in March (and hardly used this year due to lockdown) is not of the same quality at all. Firstly the lid part of the grill does not heat up at all, and the surface of the griddle bit is no longer non stick. This machine is useless for us, and we are very disappointed.

First purchased in August 2019, had two more replacements due to electrical fault on grill side where the red light stops working and the top grill plate no longer heats up. Yesterday the same fault happened on grill number 3 as I was grilling bacon, large pop noise and the red light stops working until the grill gets back up to temperature and the green light comes on, then they both are lit but when the green light goes off so does the red one. None of these grills have been used even twenty times. This one I estimate has been used for bacon maybe ten times, sirloin steak once and thin lamb steaks once. Clearly a manufacturer's fault with this item because the same fault on three versions is much more than coincidence or bad luck. Extremely disappointed.

Had it a week and it’s broken. I had the model before this one for 6 years and this one is rubbish!!!!

I have had 3 replacements and all 3 have packed after a couple of months

Returned item its teeny ..my neighbour has the older version which is much bigger...10 portions should mean in my opinion 10 portions each side not for both so 5 each as in 10 eggs on flat plate not a chance , The hinged lid also was really really loose bit too loose ..seemed like would have issues in time

It cooks fantastic steaks but is a nightmare to clean as the plates are not removable and debris collects round the hinges which are inaccessible. I had to return the grill because the flat plate on the right kept coming on intermittently while the control was off. I am considering a grill with removable plates for easier cleaning which opens flat so you can cook on both surfaces.

not a bad price not as big as I thought you cannot get as much on it as advertised. So bit disappointed ??
