Having over the years purchased and very easily linked printers to my laptop and other devices, I cannot believe just how difficult this HP printer has proved - in fact, I still haven't linked it up. And the symbols on the printer are hugely confusing: there is no simple guide accompanying the printer and it seems impossible to find one on the web. If I could give "Null Point" I would.

Great printer, easy to set up and use once set up. Print quality is good, I use it to print brick paper and stuff for scratch modeling and is spot on. Will print on 300gsm card without a hassle. Highly reccomeneded.

It looks great but not easy to setup on computer. The lights look great but annoying when trying to work out what the problem is. Unfortunately keeps disconnecting from WiFi. Gutted as love the look and paper tray but not worth the headache.

Excellent compact printer, so easy to set up. Like the way paper is stored in the base, no flapping paper anywhere. It comes with ink which I suggest you insert before setting up your printer, you can register for 6 months free ink when you subscribe to a monthly plan. I chose £1.99 for 50 sheets of printing per month, ink is sent automatically. During six months trial you can print up to 700 sheets a month, replacement cartridges and recycling envelope have already arrived. MY old printer was getting tempermental, this one really suits my needs and is so neat looking.

Good value for money home printer. Easy to set up and use even though the instructions were pretty basic. Wifi makes it easier to control from various devices including phones and tablets which was always a pain with our previous printer. The option to pay a monthly fee for printer ink and it gets delivered when the ink starts to run low works for me. Only drawback is no feeder if you want to copy multiple pages.

Surprised to discover this was operated by WIFI only - we had researched the printer but not realised this would be the case. Otherwise happy with it so far.

Couldn't set up by mobile but very easy to set up using pc and then link provided to set up mobile printing. Works fine and took advantage of the HP printing service/ ink replacement. Prints quick and easily. Paper loading easy and compact
