im not happy with this product even on low level toast is way to crispier its over quickly isnt good

Do not buy this toaster. After 7 months the lever on the right wasn't working properly. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent a replacement, only to have similar problem again with the right lever. I have had to send it back to the manufacturer to be investigated. Don't bother buying it. I would give it zero stars but I was able to.

THIS PRODUCT ONLY TOASTS THREE QUARTERS OF A STANDARD SLICE OF BREAD, AND IS VERY SLOW. MORE POWER IS REQUIRED. WISH I STILL HAD MY OLD ONE.

Only cooks one side of the bread. Cheap and nasty looking item.

Nice looking toaster but ultimately disappointing. It is very slow to brown the bread, even on the lower settings. As a result you end up with toast that is so dry it is not much fun to eat, and that is using fresh bakery bread. Would have returned it but Russell Hobbs give no satisfaction guarantee and AO will only refund "up to 50%" once a product has been used.

Bread dose not fit in it.

Nice Looking however still have to cut the bread to get it to fit in the toaster

Looks great and matches our kettle but is so slow Also to lift toast up switches power off unlike our last one but very good price
