I am sorry I ever bought it,it doesn't do what I want it to do, it stops when he decides to stop, the glass pot is not very sturdy and doesnt keep the coffee warm... all in all disappointment!

Makes a really nice cup of coffee. Have been looking for a good filter coffee maker for some time and have now found it! Appearance wise it looks good - not big and bulky looking like so many of the more expensive ones. Very happy.

Easy to use and well worth it for the price.Cone shaped filters can be used in the permanent coffee holder making it easier to clean out.Suggest you wash it through several times prior to first coffee brew to eliminate plastic taste.

So our old filter coffee maker decided to die on us, not surprising as it is on pretty much 18h a day every day. The old maker never ever made a coffee at a decent temperature unless it was the first cup as soon as the coffee was made. (you get what you pay for I guess and the maker was a cheapy). So scour the internet for a decent coffee maker with a good warranty. After the usual searching we came to look at this futuristic looking maker, but the previous review on it said pretty much `stay away`. Not convinced we searched around for other reviews and there was quite a variation. Some more internet digging led us to be willing to give the machine a chance, it has some very decent features and the specs were top notch with a 3 year warranty. No company gives a 3 year warranty if the machine is rubbish....... So we order, AO does their usual brilliant delivery magic and it`s here on time. We read the manual and run some water through it (the manual says once but we always do it 3 times to take away any plastic taste. In goes the coffee and away the maker goes. In a couple of minutes (and quietly) perfect filter coffee at a very decent temp! The maker has been running well over 2 weeks now without a hitch. The coffee remains at a good temp when just on the plate and that makes us very happy!!!! Cleaning is easy, the jug is brilliant as it does not get caught under the maker like many other do. It all feels sturdy and looks great. All in all a great filter coffee maker with a even better warranty at a decent price. Ignore the other review on this product as it has no basis in fact in any way shape or form. If you want barasita quality coffee machines go spend a few hundred pounds on one, if however you want a decent filter coffee maker that tastes good, works well, and keeps at a decent temp, then get this! This coffee machine is simple the best. It produces the best coffee quickly with the benefit of a timer allowing me to wake up to the perfect brew.its quiet to run and easy to use no fussing about. Would recommend this product.

OK coffee machine but... • the cup measurements are way off. For 2 small cups of coffee the water needs to be filled to at least 4-6 cups. • coffee isn’t hot enough when first made. If left on the hot plate for 10 mins is better. • needs paper filters otherwise is a nightmare to clean • would benefit from some sort of signal (light/sound) to inform you when coffee is ready.

Good coffee filter machine, makes better coffee than my last one (also Russell Hobbs!) I am using paper filters instead of the mesh one provided as I did not like coffee grouts at the bottom of my mug. This is fine by me as they are not expensive. I am enjoying my mug of hot coffee each morning!

A brilliant coffee machine and does exactly what IT should do. It re-heats and then turns off after 30 mins- such a clever and helpful idea. It really is idiot -proof.
