The cleaner is designed to be moved and worked like a traditional Hoover. Push forward and the pull back.the 3 settings ti clean are a good choice with the lighter clean taking 30 mins to dry. The heaviest clean really does deep clean. Only downside , slightly heavy and does take done effort to manover. All in all . Amazing cleaner

We bought this to replace an aged Vax carpet cleaner and are delighted with the results. We have used it only on Express mode so far, but it made light work of our dogs' little accidents. It is light and easy to use, and the facility to clean the machine after each use is particularly welcome. The only thing that prevents us from giving it five stars is the pretreating clean spot, which left lines over our carpet and took some time to remove. It might be user error, but the "manual" isn't very helpful. Overall, we recommend it, and as usual we had excellent service from ao.com.

Really easy to use, works much better than the previous ancient model that I had. I've taken to cleaning everything in the house from the carpets, sofas, large dog beds, rugs and now the car seats. Nothing is more satisfying than seeing that dirty water in the collection tank, yuk! The car seats have come up like new again. I particularly like the fact that the machine is so easy to clean afterwards (nothing more annoying than squeaky clean carpets but a dirty machine). Only snag is that the rollers continue to turn under the machine when you are using the attachment feature, you need to be mindful of where the machine is sat as a result. Overall, very pleased with my purchase.

Was well impressed with this carpet cleaner. Cleaned the front room carpet after hoovering, and still took loads of dog hair out of the carpet whilst cleaner the pile. Results were amazing, it's like new again, will be trying it out all over the house , brilliant is all I can say

cleans well and comes with good range of tools. The fact the brushes continue to spin when the machine is upright and when using the hose seems like a design flaw.

Really impressed with my new purchase, it’s hard to get a cleaner with a long enough hose to clean my stairs but this one fits the job, easy to use easy to clean. Only down side is it’s a bit bulky to store.
